THAT'S IT? That's the best the fierce insurgency" can muster? The AMP (American Media Party) and it's fellow organization the WMP (World Media Party – known fondly as WiMP) have slyly been pumping up the numbers of terrorists, to their most recent count of 100,000. And for good measure the AMP and WMP promised us a ''bloodbath'' on Election Day in Iraq.
Yet, what did we get? Eight measly dead-enders blow themselves up and 26 innocents. What does this mean? The terrorists decided to take Election Day off or was that the best they could do? I vote with for the latter. For an ''growing insurgency'' it was a pitiful effort. Congratulations Iraq. Just watched CNN Day 2 coverage. How brave, the Iraqis! Even CNN is having trouble finding something bad to say.
BUT THEN again, we have our two Boston Brahman senators. The Fat Ass (Kennedy) now says that we should "look beyond the election." He would, since it pains him to be reminded that as Condi says, the election turned out "better than expected." In Kennedy's wet-brain world good is bad, and vice-versa. He still wants to pull out the troops, one supposes in a last gasp effort to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. The other fool, the soundly defeated John Kerry, decided his best tact was to term an obvious victory for the Iraqi people illegitimate.'' God, you just want to throttle the bastard. These people wait in line for hours, risking their lives for a chance to vote and he demeans their effort as not up to his standards. Kerry reasoned that the poll was worthless when a bunch of Sunnis "can't or won't" vote.
One is reminded of his 2 million disenfranchised voters in the U.S. He never mentions precisely how these voters were disenfranchised and the AMP never holds his toes to the fire on the issue. I picture fire hoses and snarling German Shepard's. The truth? Polling machines kicked out ballots of people to stupid to fill them out correctly. That's it. That's "disenfranchisement."
Once again GO IRAQ!.
